Baden Moyet Nigeria Limited is a company founded in 1991, that specializes in the construction of residential properties for low and middle-income executives in the local economy. As their first project, in 1996, Baden Moyet Nigeria, partnered with the Lagos State Development & Property Corporation (LSDPC) to construct three (3) blocks of medium-income flats within a housing estate located in Ogba, Lagos State. Considering the short supply of housing in Lagos State, Baden Moyet in partnership (under a joint venture agreement) with the Lagos State Government has embarked on the ILAMOYE-ISOLO Housing Scheme and the ABIJO Housing Scheme to develop new public residential housing to address the pressing issue of insufficient housing in Lagos State.
